Terms & conditions
- For groups of 100 guests or more.
- Available every day, subject to venue availability.
- Beverages, services outside the package and other extras are charged as quoted.
- Net rates, inclusive of VAT and service charge.
- A 30% deposit of the contract value is required on confirmation.
- Cancellation 15 or more days before the event: 30% charge; 7–14 days before: 50%; within 6 days: 100% of the contract value.
- Final guest numbers are confirmed at least five days ahead; numbers may be reduced by up to 10% of the confirmed count.
