Terms & conditions

  • For groups of 250 guests or more.
  • Available every day, subject to venue availability.
  • Beverages, services outside the package and other extras are charged as quoted.
  • Net rates, inclusive of VAT and service charge.
  • A 30% deposit of the contract value is required on confirmation.
  • Cancellation 15 or more days before the event: 30% charge; 7–14 days before: 50%; within 6 days: 100% of the contract value.
  • Final guest numbers are confirmed at least five days ahead; numbers may be reduced by up to 10% of the confirmed count.
