Royal International Club: what to know before visiting the casino in Ha Long

In Ha Long, international visitors can call at the Royal International Club (Casino), an entertainment venue for foreign guests. The club has 18 live tables and 62 gaming machines and is open 24/7.

Who may enter

The club admits only foreign nationals aged 18 and over, so please bring your foreign passport when you visit. Treat it as entertainment: set yourself a spending limit beforehand and stop when you reach it.

Three table games

  • Baccarat: the Player or the Banker wins with the higher card total, 9 being the highest. The drawing rules (Tableau) are fixed, so players make no decisions about drawing cards.
  • Roulette: a ball spins on a wheel of 37 pockets numbered 0 to 36 — 18 black and 18 red, alternating; the zero is green and can be bet on like any other number.
  • Blackjack: the aim is to beat the dealer with a total as close to 21 as possible without going over. An Ace and a ten-value card as the first two cards make a Blackjack.
