NATIONAL DAY BUFFET — THE SPIRIT OF VIETNAM

A National Day buffet of more than sixty Asian and European dishes, seasonal fresh seafood and a live ocean-tuna cooking show, closing with fireworks over the heritage bay.

Vietnam's National Day is an occasion to honour Vietnamese craft through experiences worthy of it. In that spirit, the "Spirit of Vietnam" buffet at Royal Ha Long Hotel brings together more than sixty selected dishes: seasonal fresh seafood, premium cuts and the best of Asian and European cooking.

The centrepiece of the evening is a live cooking show of ocean tuna grilled on hot stone, which keeps the flavour of the fish intact. Guests receive a National Day themed drink and join the performances, interactive activities and prize draw, with fireworks over the heritage bay to close.
